For patients who are confined to their homes yet still need physical therapy, Summit Physical Therapy offers limited home physical therapy visits designed to help you regain mobility. Whether you have an orthopedic injury, a postsurgical problem or an arthritic or post-stroke condition that prevents you from visiting one of our three conveniently located offices, we can help you.
One of our exceptionally skilled clinicians can help get you up and moving again. Because it takes someone trained and licensed to give you the help you need, our staff includes licensed physical therapists and a strength and conditioning specialist.
